Achieve the Success You Deserve is a flexible training course that focuses on helping your clients identify the needs and advantages of self confidence and how this can be put to good use in all aspects of life, especially in relation to finding employment.

To increase self confidence by understanding the meaning of the term and discovering ways self confidence can be developed.

Who is the course suitable for?
Achieve the Success You Deserve is ideal for learners on government-funded training programmes, including Get Ready for Work, Apprenticeships, Entry to Employment, Training for Work, Skill Seekers, Employability Fund, Community Jobs Scotland and DWP initiatives. It is specifically aimed at those who are, perhaps, not yet job ready but wanting to start the journey to employment.
