Time management is an essential
workplace skill. This
interactive workshop explores time saving techniques and
strategies to enable you to be more productive, meet
deadlines and achieve your goals.
The course looks at scheduling, prioritising, using to-do
lists and task management software, dealing with
interruptions, avoiding procrastination, knowing when
you've reached your workload limit, delegating tasks to
others, effectively managing your email and time-saving
techniques to manage phone calls.
