The course is designed to be interactive and practical, with a mix of lectures, group activities, and hands-on exercises. By the end of the course, participants will have developed their own action plan to improve their workplace resilience.

1. Understanding Resilience
This module explores the key components of resilience, identifies workplace stressors, and looks at adaptive responses to stressors.

2. Self-Awareness
This module looks at how self-awareness is the foundational aspect of personal growth and workplace success. It looks at internal and external self-awareness, strategies to develop better self-awareness, identifying growth areas, and cultivating a growth mindset.

3. Stress Management Techniques
This module looks at negative thinking patters, and coping mechanisms such as reframing strategies, practical breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided visualisation,

4. Personal Impact and Influence
This module explores giving and receiving feedback, emotional triggers, empathy, and various assertiveness techniques.
